We offer live and interactive online classes of chess, piano, Rubik's Cube, guitar, mathematics, abacus, public speaking, creative writing, yoga, Python programming, Scratch coding, physics, chemistry, and language classes (Spanish, German, French)
Ethos offers private lessons, group classes and music camps for individuals ages 5 and older from our headquarters in North Portland. We recommend that new students begin with either a group class or summer camp. Both options introduce students to their instruments in a collaborative setting, and allow them to gain momentum and focus before they transition to private lessons.
We offer programs in music, movement, dance, theater, woodshop, literary arts, conditioning, metal arts, mixed media, printmaking, drawing, painting, photography, ceramics, sculpture, textiles, and more.
Music and movement classes for infants to 8-year-olds! Nurture your child's natural musicality in a playful, musically rich learning environment designed to bring out their inner music-maker. Sing, dance, play, and learn together!
This music class is for preschool aged children.
In class your child will:
Sing, get hands-on exposure to a variety of rhythm instrument, develop listening skills,memorize words & movements, grow confidence to express her/himself through music.
Our group classes offer children a new form of communication through the understanding of sound, while using music as a medium to solidify other learning topics. Group classes prepare students for one-on-one instrument lessons.
Music programs at School of Rock Portland combine one-on-one lessons with group band practices! In addition to in person lessons, our students can take virtual, one-on-one music instruction from the comfort of their homes. Our Remote Program contains weekly one-on-one instruction conducted by our expert School of Rock instructors in a safe virtual lesson room.
Spellcaster offers group classes for ages 7+, including Pop Choir, beginning and advanced Show Choir, Musical Theater Vocals, and Sing & Strum (Ukulele). No experience necessary (except for advanced classes)!
Sing, Dance & Act each Saturday during the school year for ages 4-18 in three programs: Little Stars (4-6yr), Center Stage (6-16yr), and Conservatory (14-18yr). Musical Theatre Summer Intensives held in West Linn for ages 5-18.
Impact Arts, the 501c3 nonprofit that runs Texas Arts Project, offers a multitude of private lessons, prescreen packages, and even in-school workshops. From vocal lessons to interview coaching, we offer incredible training by industry professionals.
