Yoga Playgrounds is Portland's premier school-based yoga & mindfulness enrichment program for kids. We offer classes and camps on site at schools as well as teacher trainings, professional development workshops and resources. We believe yoga and mindfulness are perfect compliments to a busy school day and set the foundation for a lifetime of health and wellness.

We offer school based yoga & mindfulness classes before, during and after school. Our classes combine individual & group poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities & relaxation to promote strength, awareness, self regulation & positivity.
