My Gym Children’s Fitness Center offers age appropriate classes for children 4 months to 10 years of age, camps, Parents' Night Outs, private birthday parties and other fun events.

Our program consists of noncompetitive gymnastics involving tumbling, balancing & hanging. Younger children participate with parents where we also include songs, dances, puppets & fun games. Older kids work on exercising, relays, sports & more games!
