The Middle Path Shaolin Kung Fu Academy's community focuses on the journey and development of the self through the practice of Shaolin Kung Fu. Our holistic and compassionate approach appeals to students of all ages! We have classes for kids, teens, and adults that grow students towards more self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-expression.
Our school values the evolution and empowerment of the self with values of compassion, patience, and community. Classes balance internal as well as external development with elements of reflection, self-defense, and traditional styles.
