Cultural and Arts Center of OBV

The mission of the Organization is to promote charitable, cultural, and educational activities for the Sri Lankan community in Oregon and the rest of the United States through collaborative efforts from tuition assistance, removing barriers to economic wellbeing and improving overall health with our meditation programs.  The Sri Lankan Community Center is an inclusive and welcoming hub for a diverse community, fostering lifelong wellness and providing dynamic social and educational experiences, grounded in Sri Lankan values and culture.
