Portland Christian Schools invites families to a free Martial Arts Discovery Day, led by AOPMA, on Saturday, April 18, from 9:30–11:30 AM at our elementary campus. This engaging, hands-on event is designed for kids ages 5–12 to explore the fundamentals of martial arts in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment.
Throughout the morning, students will rotate through activity stations, participate in a dynamic seminar (10 – 11 AM), and experience demonstrations led by experienced instructors. Whether your child is brand new to martial arts or already has some experience, this event offers an exciting opportunity to build confidence and coordination while having fun.
Following the morning session, families are invited to stay and watch an interschool martial arts competition beginning at 12 PM—an inspiring opportunity to see these skills in action at a higher level.
This is a free community event, but registration is required. We look forward to welcoming your family for a morning of movement and discovery!
