From Lemons to Cash: Entrepreneurship For Kids! with Unitus Credit Union

Join us on Wednesday, March 27 at 11 AM for a hands-on entrepreneurship workshop for kids! We'll use a practical scenario, a Lemonade Stand, to learn about money.

How we speak about money to our youth is so important and impacts their relationship with money in adulthood, so in this workshop, we will discuss topics around money and entrepreneurship that are age appropriate and engaging. We will discuss aspects such as ideas and creativity, market and need, and design. Entrepreneurship for children has been around for a while, with Lemonade stands becoming a summer activity for children across the US in the 1880s. To fully immerse the children, they will make their own Lemonade to price and enjoy! This workshop will help them build confidence, creativity, focus, refined motor skills, self-awareness, and a refreshing drink to enjoy!
