Join us on the museum lawn and tie dye a shirt. You make, we clean! Instructions are provided, and trained volunteers will help you at every step. White cotton t-shirts are available at the event, or bring your own (90% cotton or more) for a discount.
This event takes place during the Festival of Arts, an all-day street fair in Downtown Gresham. It might be necessary to park several blocks away and walk to the museum.
Other things to note:
-Tie dying can get messy! We supply gloves and will keep the hose running, but consider wearing old clothes to this event.
-The process takes about 20 minutes. You'll bring your t-shirt home in a sealed plastic bag, and it should remain bagged for 24-48 hours before you rinse the dye out.
