10am-11am Active Yoga: Join us for 60 minutes of active yoga to shake off the mental and physical cobwebs of the week! This class will allow you to breathe and move and maybe event break a sweat! You can expect an empowering and dynamic sequence of postures set to an upbeat music playlist. Bring your mat and join us for an hour of fun!
