Toddler & Me Yoga with Erika (18 mos - 5 years) - City of Camas Parks and Recreation

Explore yoga with your toddler through yoga adventures, playful games and songs. We'll bark in downward dog, meow in cat pose, hiss in cobra and fly like butterflies! We'll also practice fine & gross motor skills and breathing techniques to help toddlers learn how to calm their bodies and minds. This class is 30 minutes of Toddler Yoga followed by 30 minutes of gentle yoga for grown ups. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and toys for kids to play with during the "grown up" yoga!
