2020 Tree Shortage
Please sign up for our emails, we have a very limited number of trees this year and will send out an email with more details. In the past few years we have been having more and more trouble keeping good trees ready for the Christmas season. This is for many reasons and we do not see this getting better for another few years. We keep exploring other options including wholesale buying trees but even the large wholesale companies are hurting for inventory and not always taking new orders. We will continue to do our best to try and provide as many trees as possible.
2020 Online Sales
Due to COVID we anticipate a lot of deliveries this year. To accommodate this, Thanksgiving weekend will be delivery only. Our first day open in person will be Friday December 4th.
Should anything change we will update the website right away!
2020 Delivery Policy
All normal deliveries are $20 and are CURBSIDE only! If you need help inside you will need to order an enhanced delivery which are scheduled for a weekday. Our "Enhanced Delivery" includes taking your tree inside & setting it up ($40.00) It is super important that we keep on schdule due to the fact that we anticipate a lot of deliveries this year. We are unable to do any deliveries outside of the Nob Hill, Pearl, S. Waterfront areas. IF YOU ARE IN AN APARTMENT OR MULTI UNIT BUILDING, please let us know when you place your order, we will be moving quick and may need to arrange to leave your tree/wreath in a safe place or in the mail room.
All deliveries are subject to availability, and in the off chance there is bad weather, or other delays, deliveries may need to be held to the following day (we will call of course)
