JULY FINE ARTS CAMPS
Cardboard Robot Factory | 7-12 years
Inspiration for inventors abounds as we assemble cardboard boxes and other ordinary items into imaginative robots. We will be up-cycling, painting, and creating robots with a variety of media. The camp concludes with designing and racing simple battery powered ‘bots.

Painting: Under the Night Sky | 6 - 12 years
Join us for Under the Night Sky, a painting camp inspired by astrophotography of the Pacific Northwest. Those magical nights of camping, laying under the moonlight and stars will be captured within paintings featuring favorite landmarks of the Pacific Northwest at night. Aurora borealis, Milky Way, and city lights will help us create some beautiful works of art! We will even introduce some glow in the dark paint to take our star-studded skies to a whole new level. As a special treat, students will also enjoy a guest appearance with professional astrophotographer Steven Smith of Solution 7 Media. This will be a magical experience you won’t forget.

Creative Kids Mixed Media | 6 - 12 years
Explore the wonderful world of art using various mediums, including collage, watercolor, acrylic, pen, marker, tissue paper, pastels and more! Students will have fun discovering new and creative ways to make art and apply new techniques with various mediums and tools on paper. Some projects include paper weaving, watercolor resist art, colorful collages and printmaking.

AUGUST FINE ARTS CAMPS
The Woodland Fairy Realm | 7-12 years
Build a whimsical woodland home, design the wee furnishings along with its fairy or elf inhabitant. Fashion your own bubble wand, fairy jar and other magical creations. We will be working with a variety of natural materials to bring this tiny realm to life.

ALL THE ART! | 6 - 12 years
Explore all things ART! The perfect fit for the creative young artist who wants to try a little bit of everything. Throughout the week, campers will dive into a new art medium, form and technique(s) to explore and express their originality – all while having fun. Featured art mediums include painting, drawing, clay, acting and music – students will get a taste of everything!
