Cultivating Awareness and Racial Empowerment (CARE) for Families

I am recruiting participants for my dissertation research study, Cultivating Awareness and Racial Empowerment (CARE) for Families. In this study, participants will complete a full day in-person parenting workshop followed by 4 weekly 1.5 hour Zoom sessions. Finally, there will be a final focus group 6 weeks after the final session, also conducted via Zoom.

During the study, participants will complete self-report questionnaires, participate in mindful parenting training, and provide feedback and suggestions on programming.
