Art in Another Dimension is a cutting-edge camp designed for 11-14 year olds who are curious about technology and eager to dive into the world of virtual reality. In this hands-on, collaborative program, Teaching artist Rachel Bracker of Hungry Mantis VR will show participants how to use Meta Quest VR headsets to build virtual worlds, play games, and create their own stories and art. But that’s not all–campers will also experiment with 360-degree film cameras, giving them the opportunity to produce their own immersive short films. Throughout the weeklong camp, students will work together to develop their skills in VR creation and design, exploring a variety of tools and techniques to bring their imaginative visions to life. They’ll try out a variety of VR games and experiences, discovering different genres and styles of gameplay. The grand finale? An exhibition for families to witness the astounding virtual worlds, captivating stories, and mesmerizing 360-degree films crafted by our talented participants. Camp SCRAP is an arts day camp focused on creative reuse, upcycling and making resourcefully. This camp is for kids (ages 7 - 12) who LOVE art-making, inventing, crafts, and bringing their creative ideas to life!
For this five-day spring break session, we'll explore a mixture of themes to keep the spring break busy, crafty, and super fun! Project inspirations include nature, spring decor, cork creatures, puppets, and more! |

Nature Explorers Camps are a great way to make new friends and have fun while discovering nature. Campers will expand their science knowledge, learn about plants and animals, and hike two to five miles daily. We are excited to be offering week-long improv classes for Middle School (12-14 years) and High School (15-18 years) students.
Over five days, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of what makes improv comedy great for all ages. Each camp is led by professional improv comedians and instructors who guide students through games and collaborative exercises in an engaging active exploration of embracing the fun, making awesome mistakes, and creating together. |

Come grab some clay and learn hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques with our Spring Break Ceramics Studio, designed for middle and high school artists!
For beginners and returning students alike, lessons will cover hand-building with opportunities to use a pottery wheel, focusing on using our hands to create with clay as well as learning the methods and techniques we can use for expression. Projects may be a blend of single-day projects and prolonged, multi-lesson projects that allow for the detailed creation of forms and surfaces. |

Participants must be able to: Swim 300 yards continuously; Tread water for 2 minutes using only the legs; Complete a timed event within 1 minute, 40 seconds by starting in the water, swimming 20 yards, surface dive to a depth of 7- to 10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object, return to the surface and swim 20 yards on the back to return to the starting point, exit the water without using steps or a ladder. Participants who successfully complete the Lifeguarding course receive an American Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED, valid for 2 years. After registering, the facility will contact participants to set up the pre-test. Successful completion of the pretest is required prior to participation.
